Can I make changes to my Flex plan after it's set up?
No changes can be made during the year. You do sign up anew for each year, though. The plan is a year-by-year deal, calendar year (January to December). It's important to sign up with a deduction amount that is not too high, as you 'use it or lose it'. If you plan well, you'll use the whole Flex account well ahead of time. I haven't heard of any bad experiences here, but it is possible.
